By downloading, purchasing or leasing music from Wise Men Productions, you agree to the terms and conditions below.
- Upon lease purchase you will be granted rights to the instrumental for ONE (1) year from purchase date. *Note* Wise Men Productions still own the instrumental for the time period stated.
- Instrumentals that contain samples may be downloaded for free and may be used for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record or add to the instrumental/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the instrumental or altering the original beat).
- "Original" Instrumentals can also be purchased with exclusive rights transferred to the buyer. *Note* Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.
- Upon recording your song, The artist must give the producer credit for his work. This can include either verbal or written credit. Verbal credit would be a “shout-out” in the song where the artist verbally states who the track was produced by. Written credit is usually included in the CD booklet or on a website where the song is located.
Please be advised, the original tracks here are copywritten and protected by law; if it comes to our attention that our music was used without our permission, we will persecute to the full extent of the law.
